Gooder Group Materials

By
Real Estate Agent with Prime Development Land CO LLC

Hi Everyone,

If you have used the Gooder Group materials, print, website, or email products if they have been successful for you or not? I just started using them a few days ago. The references I received from the company had glowing reviews for Gooder Group and their products and service. All the best. - Ken

Have not tried them - the information on their email products is in the stack to review - would be interesting to hear how they work for you.

I have been using the Gooder group sign-in sheets at my website for about a year. They have saved me lots of time and energy for automating my website business. The best thing is that the contacts who sign in automatically go into Top Producer 7i, so you don't have to enter them manually. There is some minimal maintenance that you have to do, but the $78 per month is much less than what I used to have to pay an assistant to enter the contacts manually. The drip campaign is great and after 8 weeks it automatically converts to a monthly newsletter.

There is some setting up and customizing that you should do at the outset, but after that it just goes automatically. I wish I had subscribed sooner.

I have just recently subscribed to the Rainmaker E-central web content.  I am just getting the site online this week, but I'll give an update when I have a chance to put it to use.  So far has been a fairly simple transition.

I am thinking about using the Rainmaker system.  I would love to hear how it is working for you.  I have Top Producer but I can't say that I really like any of their email campaigns.  Any other feedback would be appreciated.

The materials are very professional and full of up to date information... Have been using select pieces and am very pleased... sending out the Tax newsletter in January.

I am pleased and will continue...homeowners want info and this is it!

Well - I let my Gooder group subscription expire. The materials were good, but there seem to be better more dynamic choices available now.

Ian,

Think about joining Keller Williams. Top Producer has a Keller Williams specific version that has lots of new stuff suitable for 8x8 and 33 Touch drip campaigns, in addition to the materials TP normally has. ;-) The Dave Beson letters are also a tried and true source for materials, which have been around almost forever.

With regard to Gooder, the variety of drip campaigns they have is incredible, and all are customizable. As I said before, the main virtue for me is the interface with Top Producer. That alone is worth the money, since it saves entering contact information manually. You do have to set it up and customize it however.

Another system that some colleagues in other parts of the country use is called Imprev. And a couple of website companies have good back office and followup systems: Real Pro systems and Wolfnet, in addition to the new Top producer websites.

Thanks for stopping buy Judy. I joined KW about a year after joining AR. I am very happy with my decision.

All the best.

Congratulations on joining KW. I don't know why but I received an email notification that someone had added onto this discussion today. It seems that it was in error, but I'm glad you are happy with KW.

I'm restructuring my website followup and will probably be using the KW Top Producer materials instead of Gooder. Cost cutting/saving measure.

Hope all goes well.

Hi Judy,

I was just updating my contact data on my blog posts. I did join KW, but left to start my own brokerage in Dec 2009. Thank you for the congratulations, though. I had a very good experience at KW.
