OK, for you seasoned agents and brokers this may not be a big deal. However, I'm a relative newbie at this so getting and keeping a listing is a big deal to me. I got this listing from calling expireds. I know some days making those calls seems like thankless work but when they say "sure, come on over" it's a nice feeling. I'll post the details on the house in the next day or so.
