Positive Movement in Home Sales

Well its not as bad as you hear in the national media. Check out this article from Florida Associateion fo REaltors. Numbers keeping somewhat steady, although we are still seeing frequent price reductions for motivated sellers.

HOME SALES

Many Florida Realtors reported positive movement in their local housing markets in June, with the statewide median price for both existing home sales and condo sales up 1 percent over the May 2008 figures, according to FAR's latest housing statistics.
