Is there any one else feeling like me lately or is it just me but , I need some kind of boost in helping me get motivated into getting excited about realestate again ,I use to be Top Lister in my office and Top Producer but lately it's just not happening .Any ideas on some motivation out there ? I have all these great ideas but just can't get started ,I love Realestate .Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Time Off. Shut it down, read some books, sit in a coffee joint in a different town, get away from the drag. (Don't go down to South Padre though) Come back strong.

Yup, you got company! I am feeling the same way. In SoCal I feel like the rug was literally "pulled out from under my feet"....I had a nice solid R.E. portfolio, & the commission checks were coming in on a regular basis. I don't know how it happened in Texas, but it seemed like overnight, the foreclosures were just piling up, and before we knew it, a crisis was looming. I am trying to keep my spirits up, and don't want to quit because I really, really love what I do, and "bailing out" at the first sign of trouble is not the way to persevere in any "relationship". I am developing a niche in "high end" rentals, a by-product of what is going on in the sales market. Maybe you could find a niche to sink your teeth in? Don't be like this little man....he'll be sorry when the market picks up!
