probably REO to get this price
3 bed - min, 2 bath - min, backyard
Quiet, peaceful neighborhood
Small HOA fee is good idea to keep neighborhood clean
Along outside edge of San Fernando vly (101, 23, 118, 210)...Sherman Oaks -Thousand Oaks - Simi Vly - Sunland
The Sylmar house looked perfect until you mentioned the land lease pmt of $800/mo.
So send me link to do my searches and send along houses that may fit the bill.
Last year I pre-qualified for an FHA loan. Am also interested in downpayment assistance.
