Job Purpose:

We are actively looking for experienced REO Realtors to join GreatWest GMAC to list our REO properties in the Greater Stockton areas and Woodland, Dixon, Vacaville, FairField. You will be assigned to and work from our Elk Grove or Sacramento office or use your home office.  We are also looking for Realtors that can generate clients that are interested in buying and/or selling real estate; assist self -generated and company-generated clients in completing real estate transactions using GMAC Real Estate products and systems.  CA- Real Estate License Required.

Duties:

v      Generate Seller and Buyer Clients through personal networking, marketing, meeting and greeting customers

v      Service seller and buyer clients throughout the sales/purchase process using GMAC Real Estate products and systems

v      Track and catalogue customer contacts and activities that are done on behalf of customers and clients.

v      Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

Skills/Qualifications:

Understanding the Customer, Prospecting Skills, People Skills, Problem Solving, Motivation for Sales, Territory Management, Legal Compliance, Independence, Professionalism, Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation.  Meet or be able to meet state licensing requirements.
