Early this week we published an update on foreclosure good buys in the Woodbridge area of Prince William County.  Today we are going to take a look at newer homes in the Bristow area of Prince William County.  Just as before these are all homes that were built from 2004 forward so in many cases the homes are move-in ready.

With the proposed changes to FHA financing raising the required down payment for 3 to 3.5% and the elimination of the down payment assistance programs buyers who have been sitting on the fence for awhile should feel a new sense of urgency to purchase and close on their new home before September 30, 2008.
