Why am I so successful? I genuinely believe that exceptional customer service is an absolute right for people who are entrusting what is often the biggest financial outlay they will ever make - to me. I am always available to my customers, rarely turning off my cell phone before 11pm. Most of my customers have my home number as well and most become my friends. Every year at Christmas we have a gathering of my friends in my home. It is funny as I look around the room to realize just how many of them started out as customers.

This is not an award I was nominated for; not something I paid to be a part of and in fact not anything I even knew about until I received the "congratulations" phone call. If we are honest,then we will admit that there are many other agents out there in our own markets with the same knowledge we have and who could find the same homes and maybe even negotiate the same price. So you have to set yourself apart if you are to be successful. What I have always used as my "tool of separation" is exceptional customer service. I do it because I want my clients to be treated in the way I wish to be treated. I expect very high standards from those who work for me. From the waitress in my favorite eatery, to the person who works on my car, to the team that installed my Summer kitchen. I expect it and when I don't receive it, then they know about it. And so I always strive to deliver to my clients what I expect to receive from everyone else.
