In todays economy we want to keep the client happy! 

We meet with our clients and listen to what their actual needs are, in terms of selling or purchasing real estate.  Yet there are times in which the topic goes beond the scope of anyones imagination, surely you have heard plenty of stories.  Building a relationship with all your clients can lead you to GOLD mines of knowledge, true frienship, and a never ending stream of income.  By simply helping others get what they want you will be in a path to success. 

Follow up Follow up and Follow up in my daily works with clients.  I have a specific question when was the last time you spoke with your realtor?  One of the reasons I ask that question is to gage on how much activity is being done in the area.  It amazes me how many realtors are not working their clients after they have sold them the house.  No wonder so many of them are leaving the industry.  I guess I will admit that when the client answers no that it music to my ears $$$$.  Now I have an opportunity to move in and become their realtor for Life...Realtors keep up with technology and call your clients many of them need new things out there to help them with our economic situation.

  • Everyone is a buyer and most people want to buy from you, so get ready and sell yourself.
  • Be confident and always tell the truth (loose a sell for honesty)
  • Confirm the appointment (don't drive an hour away just to find out the client could not make it, or had forgotten all about the appointment) MR. Smith I am looking forward to meeting with you tomorrow at 10:00 AM. I want to help you in any way I can, so if you havy any questions please feel free to write them down or call me so we can discuss them..  MR. Smith thank you. 
  • Be ontime don't be running around trying to do the impossible, afterall they are paying your dues.
  • Get ready for the objections or negotiations don't panic stay alert listen and then respond with authority.

Showing true sincerity and going the extra mile is up to you!! Take a leap of faith and enjoy the benefits life has to offer when you really set out to do the right job with the right positive mental attitude.

Your success is just around the corner and it starts with LOVE...Love your-self, Love your enemies, Love your customers for there is no stronger power than the one of LOVE...
