Yesterday, this bank owned (REO)property was placed on the market for a suprising price.  In 2004, this  house was built by a local builder and was placed on the Big Bear market for $325,000.00.  In 94 days, it was sold for $310,000.00.  That wasn't a bad price for a new 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a two car attached garage.  The 1470 square foot home has a nice Great room and very nice kitchen.

As I mentioned, the bank now owns the house and it is being sold as a REO for $214,900.00.  My first thought was that the house was all torn up and who ever buys it will have to spend a lot of money on repairs.  WRONG! After previewing it today, I was rather surprised to see that the house was in decent shape, especially for an REO.  There are some minor repairs that are needed, but from what I could see, there was nothing major wrong.
