Jim - it is pretty cool, isn't it ? If there was some more speculation going on, these would be flying off the shelf per se. Im selling approx 2 a month right now, some to investors, some to local residents and business owners.

Duane - yes we were originally marketing 80, have sold about 20 to 25 (we bought a couple ourselves) so there are several left for now. Is a pretty good deal for an investor - a stock option that pays a dividend ! There even financable as well !
