It's time...2 years...being on the rain faithfully everyday..sometimes all day...just about any day you will find me on the rain.

Will it be easy?  Nope..I'll miss my friends...the interactions..and most of all writing on the rain. I love Activerain but I am consumed..consumed with unfinished projects...new projects and everyday life.

Why the shift?  I've grown, I've changed and I am ready...ready to expand and grow and follow my dreams!

Many have asked why did it take you so long?  It was fear...plain and simple and I never really gave it thought as to what I wanted out of blogging and writing and training and coaching. Well some thought...... the safe thought just stay on the rain.

Once the Makeover2Takeover was over. :)  It opened up a can of worms..for more success...to really help others and take my business to the next level.  This is not goodbye but more along the lines I'll see you soon. There is no doubt about it..I have an addiction...and today I start rehab!

p.s.  My doc (my coaches) ..well I've convinced them...They agree... I should comment...I need my peeps, the relationships that we build are more than just virtual friendships and if I follow their steps...it won't be long before I'm back...back writing on the rain!

I dedicate this post to Rocky Turner..girl you have my word...It's time!  Dreams do come true!

I am finding that I am starting to spend way to much time on

AR since I started a month ago. I need to curb it some before

I get too addicted.

Hi Midori: They that moderation is the key to happiness. Anything in excess ANYTHING can be hazardous. I recall staying on Active Rain for all day+ marathons! The rain is habit forming! Not all habits are bad.... See you back again, soon!

Midori at least don't try to go completely cold turkey.  Wean yourself off gradually.  AR will miss you I have read plenty of your posts.

Let us know, where you are and what is going on....you will be missed but hey business is always about reevalutating. Saw this on twitter. Are you taking a break from that too?

I'm the same way - I'm hooked on AR! But I've only been on here for just a few weeks. I am trying to budget my time to just a 30 minutes a day... but hey, did you get any business from AR?

Have a great weekend!

Midori, I can relate but you will be back. I took off a couple of weeks in May. Just business and end of school activities etc... Since then I have been on a mission. I only allow my self about 30 - 45 minutes a day.

Midori, you must always do what is best for you and yours. We will miss you but will look forward to your dropping by!

This is exactly why I started this group Midori. At least the time spent here will truly be benefiting us with our chronicles.

I am all about business too but mine runs well without my blogging too! I just think some of us were trying too hard. Being in the makeover2takeover was not an easy challenge for me. It opened my eyes to what is really important in this life. God, family, friends, then work.

Your true friends will never forget you. Let me know how rehab goes? I might have to try it someday!

Later in the rain~Deb

I am not addicted.  I can quit anytime I want.  I just don't want to.

Great choice of music from Hawaii.

Hi Midori - I take a step to ease back into AR and I find you're easing your way out for a bit.  I hope we can catch up some time soon - I've missed all my peeps here, too.  And I hope to find a way to get back to posting here and I hope people here haven't forgotten me while I was gone....

Talk to you soon?

Midori, Enjoy your break, but hurry back soon!  Congratulations to you and Jeanette for making to top 3 with the Makeover2Takeover contest.  You worked hard and it showed!  I wonder, is there an AR support group for addicts? Looks like we all need one. Best of luck and continued success!

It's called control. I control my AR time otherwise it could consume me. Take a break, get re-juiced and come back controlling AR and not letting it control you.

Hi Midori, all the best to you, and as one who has enjoyed following her dreams, sometimes you get into one venture only to find your true passion!  Some of us are just more passionate than others.  You have been an inspiration to me in AR, and I thank you for all the great posts I have enjoyed and learned from.
