I do alot of educational and recruiting Webinars to help build my business. For years I used a service called go to meeting. You could put a powerpoint up on your computer and have it shown on anyone elses computer that you invited. The cost was around $ 75.00 a month for the service. I know people are marketing themselves and their services and product that way. But what about someone who does not have $ 75.00 a month excess to spend. I found a service that offers the same thing go to meeting does, and does it for FREE. It is called "DIM DIM" Go to www.dimdim.com You can sign up for free. In order for others to hear your presentation you will need a conference calling number. You can get one for FREE by going to www.freeconferencecall.com If you have Vonage or one of the internet phone services, it will not cost anything to call into it, but if you don't you will pay long distance charges. I think Webinars are the sales feature of the future. Lets say you want to do a presentation for first time buyers.. you could spend money and rent a meeting room, pay for flyers, and refreshments.. or you can send out emails on host a presentation for free in thier own homes... Thomas, I do not use GoTo Meeting but I have been on GoTo Meeting conferences before and could it see being usable in the future. So, I will bookmark this one in case I need it in the future.
