Debe.  Thanks.  Reston is a fabulous community.  I have a broker/partner that lives there.

Bill.  It's a great program.  In fact, as of Oct. it will be about all that is left for first time home buyers except county/state bond money and they often limit the grants to targeted areas where many buyers don't want to buy.
