Wow ! Looks like quite a place. Very prestigous with awesome golf ! Lancaster has quite a bit to offer ! Would this be one of the highest values of residential real estate in Lancaster ? I would think so....
This is the only gated community in Lancaster. It sits within and around a world class golf course which is home to the likes of Jim Furyk; also from lititz, and other greats such as George Zinc who has been #1 for quite a number of years now, nationally, in Tennis for 30's and over. Bent Creek offers luxury living at luxury prices but the value of having a home in such a prestigous area is priceless for Lancaster, PA.
