Dale -If you don't blog you will never know.
You win a client or home inspection one at a time. For exposure you have to market yourself and your service. Not everyone is cut out for sales of any kind; they need to work for someone else and play by their rules. If you own your own business you must work seven days a week, 18 hours each day, 365 days a year. Not everyone has the mindset to do that.
Home Inspectors and Realtors work very hard for every sale they make. If the Realtor doesn't sell a house then we don't have an inspection. They go hand in hand. Sometimes you have to live with disappointment and go for sometime without a regular paycheck. That is a mindset that will indicate how successful you will be in this industry.
