If your appraiser is comfortable violating USPAP/ETHICS before receiving the assignment, why would you be surprised when it bounces off the underwriters and reviewers desk?

I just found this little gem (4 1/2 years after it was written).  But, how many times since you wrote this have you had people try to get the 'comps in advance' or asked to 'discuss the numbers before you finalize the report"?

 

I would venture to guess, we've all gotten asked 1/2 dozen time a month?  Good Blog - I'm  just 4.5 years late.  I found it while doing a search for another aspect of appraisals on Active Rain.  Nice post.
