Well they just opened a new Chick Fil-A here in Quakertown this week. What great marketing they have. They were giving away a free chicken sandwich a week for a year for the first 100 customers.! People were actually camping out.

Someone dropped off free coupons to the restaurant at our office, so I was there last night checking out the scene. I was 25th in line at the drive through! at 9:15 pm! WOW.! While in line, my cell phone rang! It was a Chicago number. I am in Bucks County PA, but I answered it anyway

The caller Googled Realtors in Bucks County PA. Since I am ranked #1 in the county and #3 in all of Pennsylvania, this caller decided to choose me.

He is in Illinois, but has a home in Bucks County that he needs to sell immediately! WOW! This active rain thing really works!

What a neat story! Are you on the first page of a google search in your area? You need to be.

Don: Congratulations on your new lead. What I want to know is how was the food at Chick Fil A? I actually was on vacation when they opened and when I came back I heard about the people camping out. Heard there were bad rain storms, so they got tents.I give them credit but there is no way I am sleeping out over night for one sandwich, one fries and one drink a week for a year. Maybe if they fed the whole family :)
