Please join me in welcoming Bill & Linda Delamar.  They own Residential Consulting here in the Raleigh Triangle area. 

Bill's been our preferred home inspector for over a decade.  He's ASHI certified, bonded and just one of the best home inspectors out there.  Linda handles all of the radon testing.  They have invested in good equipment for radon testing which gives me peace of mind for my residential clients.

A quick story about Bill - one of my clients purchased a home in N. Raleigh some years back.  He and his brother were driving down from Boston for the home inspection.  Well apparently the older brother gave my client heck for allowing his realtor to choose the home inspector!  I didn't learn about this till after the inspection was completed and the elder brother apologized for his misjudgment - his comment was "he had never seen a more thorough inspection in all of his real estate experiences."  Since then I've received numerous compliments about Bill's work.  

I hope that they'll both take the time to share their knowledge with the AR community.  We'll be in for some extremely good advice.
