The Yorba Linda Real Estate Report for July 28th, 2008 follows:
There are 434 active listings. This consists of 359 Single Family Residences and 75 Condos.
There are 105 homes in escrow. This consists of 91 Single Family Residences and 14 Condos.
So far this month 45 homes have closed escrow. This consists of 41 Single Family Residences and 4 Condos.
Since our last post, 13 homes were listed, 16 went in to escrow, 11 closed escrow, 8 were taken off the market, 6 were put back on the market and 5 were put on hold.
Median Sold Price in June is $620,000.
Average Sold Price in June is $738,996.
