Malta attracts top designers at international fashion show

I have a fun bit of news I'd like to share today.

Malta, a lovely island just south of Italy in the Mediterranean, was the site of the Malta International Fashion Show on July 5, 2008. This impressive show attracted top Italian designers who submitted their work for display by top models. These high-profile designers included Giorgio Armani, Versace, Salvatore Ferragamo, Enrico Coveri and many others.

Malta is becoming known as a great getaway for luxury seekers. Its world-class events and luxury properties bring a diverse crowd of vacationers and new residents. Malta is a beautiful place :-) My wife and I own 4 Maltese puppies and people always ask us where they are from. When we say Malta, they say "never heard of it" :-)

Thanks for sharing! I suppose it's both an advantage and disadvantage for Malta to be a little less than well-known among potential homebuyers, like your friends who ask about your puppies. :)

It's good because it helps preserve its relaxed atmosphere away from busy everyday life, but it also makes it challenging to get the word out about how great it is to live there. Thanks again for your great comment, Peter. Have a great day!
