I made an offer on a bank owned property.  they excepted the offer but warned me that it could take up to 14 days to get the offer back signed.  It was a cash deal, two days before closing I had no paper work still from the bank, one day before closing their agent called and said they changed their mind and would not except my offer...  Thier arguement was "its not in writting."  Be care people of this scam, they are shopping your offer...  My deal closed.
