Home Inspection Clayton NC

We had two home inspections in Clayton NC today. One new construction and about 5 years old. The new home was not ready even through the inspection had been delayed three times. No electricity. Closing may get delayed. Things happen during home inspections on new construction. The older home had a few issues that stand out (15 total): A/C was not cooling properly (could be a leak and hopefully not in the evaporator core) and the smoke detectors did not function properly. This was likely the case when the house was built but the owner may not have had a home inspection done so its been like that for years - lucky!
