Generating Solid Leads

I just wanted to see how everyone is doing in todays market and how the internet is working for everyones business. My partner and I are using a couple websites to generate leads and some are great and others are horrible. I know that the personal referrals and past clients are simply the best methods of getting new leads. But just wanted to see what others are using and what else is working. In this changing market and our growing economy, the internet is booming and we all must be able to use it to succeed. It almost does all the work for us. Real estate definitely has come a long way.
