Wow - great price if just for the land alone - in our area older homes like this are being torn down and rebuit upwards ( 2 or 3 stories stacked to get better lake views).

Some buyer with imagination can certainly turn this one around Karen- congrats on the listing and jope it sells soon.

wow!  That looks like a fantastic price!  Even if someone put $20,000 into for updating/remodeling.....they would have a house for under $100,000!!  The payments would be less than paying rent!
