That's right Michael Krein, a well-known national expert on REO sales, has been named Sellstate's executive director of franchising. Krein serves as the founder and president of the National REO Brokers Association and owner/broker of Nevada Real Estate Services.
I recently took a postition as the REO director for Sellstate Estates in Mission Viejo, CA. Our REO biz and my team is a well tuned machine. I told you guys here on the rain about a month ago I had some good news coming and here it is!!
What does this mean??? This means that for many years the NRBA has been a secret society (Well that what I like to call it) of Realtors that banks come to to get qualified brokers to hand their assets to. Being that we are in a REO market I believe (and have seen) agents affiliated with the NRBA are doing quite well not only in this market but every market. Their waiting list is lengthy and pricy but.....worth it for the few who are affliated. I myself have been on the list for a bit and have only gotten word recently that my app was even being looked at!
I am not only excited about this union but I am excited about Sellstate. It reminds me of a RE/MAX Keller Willams combo and I am glad to have jumped on board when i did. If you are in CA please call me cause i am still looking for help and if your not in CA then give me some feed back as to what you think can come out of this union!!
I hope you all are having as much fun as I am!! ~Stacie

Stacie are saying that Michael K or SellState will help level the admittance into the NRBA?
Sounds like you have some exciting things going on. Just don't forget about your keys. Oops, sorry, that's for another post. :)
Stacie, sounds great. You have been a great source of information for me, and I wish you the best of luck.
Marvin~As far as admitance into the NRBA is concerned, I believe that they (NRBA) are going to be admitting and training sellstate agents. I was also told that there is some ties with Litton as well. More detail to follow when I know more!~Stac
That sounds like a great deal for sellstates agents. I went to your website and I like the concept of your firm. However, not to sure about franchises?
Congrats Stacie! I checked out the main website in Fort Myers Florida, looks like you got in on the ground floor! You will be answering questions from all over the country because you will have the most experience! Good luck with your new company!
