Why Keller Williams?  I hear that question all the time.  New to the business two years ago I had already decided why I would post my license before I even signed up for classes.  I was given a copy of The MREA by an agent/friend.  It had so much advice about life and personal growth I made my mind up then.  Afer joining I knew I had made the right decision.  The education and encouragement that I have received has been remarkable.  I have heard stories from fellow agents at other brokerages about having to hide paper work and jelously in the office.  One friend of mine said she felt obligated to give a referral fee if she asked someone in her office for advice or help. The first contract I wrote I was a wreck and afraid I left something out.  One of the top Producers in our office had me come into his office shut the door, had me sit at his desk and went over the entire offer with me, line by line.  I was shocked at the time by the care he took.  All because he wants others to succeed along with him.  This is the common culture here at Keller Williams.  And know it would seem as if JD Powers agrees with me.  Our culture puts others before ourselves. WICCCCTT!

Congratulations Karen!  Even though we are not a Keller Williams office, we work the same way - it is wonderful to be in such a positive environment!

Paula,

Since I had never been anywhere else I have been surprised at some of the things my fellow agent friends tell me.  I like you feel blessed to be in the environment I am in.

It is great that you are in such a positive environment.  My sister is with KW and has had good experience with it.

Karen - I have been with Keller Williams for almost 4 years now after being with another national company (the blue one) for over 12 years.  Moving to KW was the best thing I have done for my business.  Even with this challenging market, we are in a very positive, energetic, highly motivating, education based environment every day.  I am very thankful to have found Keller Williams - it has made a huge difference in my life and my business.

Lori,  Everyone in our area said Keller Who?  You guys will never make it.  This town is owned by B.P. ( an independent broker) I am so glad that no one gave up and kept the vision alive.  Since that time B.P. has closed an office.  We now have more agents under one roof than any other in our town.
