Wellington Florida Eco Tip Of The Month for July- Back To School Tips
School starts back up on August 18th here in Wellington Florida so now is the time to get ready for going back to school. 
Here are some Eco Tips for helping your children's school go greener:
- Use plastic containers with lids that are reusable instead of plastic bags.
- Buy food in bulk and package them in containers instead of buying individual wrapped items. This is also healthier.
- Buy steel bottles for water and juices that you can chill the night before. These are reusable.
- Don't use plastic water bottles as they are usually thrown out instead of recycled.
- Walk or ride your bike to pick up your children from school. Sitting in your car with all the fumes is not good for your health either.
- Start a recycling program at your school if there is not one there already.
