Link didn't work.

Dennis you have to copy and paste, it did work. Joseph it is amazing to many how much closing cost can vary form bank to bank buyers are too often concentrating on interest alone.

I am going to check this out. i just last night had a client at the settlement table that had some really high closing costs. (Not my side) Really tough to see..
