Credits for First time Home buyers

The new mortgage assistance bill has not been signed by the President yet but there are allot of groups realy to jump at the chance to take advantage of the generous provisions in the bill. Number one will be the National Home Builders Assoc. There web sites are ready to launch as soon as the ink is dry on pres. b ush signature. They will be touting the First Time Home buyers tax credit. For and individual making less that $75,000 or a family making less than $150,000 the will be a $7,500 tax credit in 2008 or 2009 for purchasing a home new or old. That means that a n eligible family can get relief from paying the IRS or actually get a check back from the IRS. Watch for details soon from NHBA or Mortgage Bankers.
