Please Stay ON-TOPIC Everyone

By
Services for Real Estate Pros with MaximumReferrals.com

I hate to sound like a cranky school teacher....
but I've just spent HOURS again going through
the posts and DELETING those that appear off-topic.

Pls stay on topic: Specifically: Client referrals, strategic
alliance referrals... strategies to increase your referral
flow... post a question or comment and let's talk about it!

I realize people use the group to generate
eyeballs for themselves and biz... that's cool.

But if you can NOT stay on topic, I will be forced to make the
Group PRIVATE to ward off posters just in it to clog
unrelated content and redirect traffic.

Thx

So, if I talk about my puppies would that be bad? Just kidding

Actually, we took as CRS course in April on building referrals. As a result, we implimented a program specifically for buyers after closing. It is a 45 day Action Plan to follow up with these clients. It's high touch and based on training these new clients on how to give youa referral. We have seen success with 4 referrals since it's implimentation in May 2008.

If anyone has taken a class with Ed Hatch, you'll understand what I mean in this post. http://www.edhatch.com

We have streamlined our SOI and identified the Top 100 in our SOI to focus and strategically train on HOW to give someone on my team a proper referral. I may do a blog on the top next week if anyone is interested. Just let me know.

I agree with you 100%, it is incredible how blogers lose the North. This group is very specific intended for referrals and startegies and tools to inrease the referral network.

I think that it would be interesting dealing with foreign referrals strategies through international organizations such as FIABCI.

If I read another blog about sunshine coming through the trees or wobbly Wednesdays, I think I will scream. Please keep this group on the straight and narrow!

Hello All,

I have property that I'm trying to get sold and I'm guessing you do as well - right?  Have you noticed all the talk about how bad the market is, no one is buying anything, the banks won't lend, blah, blah, blah ... heck I went to the tallest building in town to jump off but the line of jumpers was so long I had to leave and go back to work.

Here's the deal, for sellers it certainly is difficult out there right now BUT for buyers it is the exact opposite.  Right Now we are in a once in a life time buyers market aren't we?  We sure are  - buyers rule the day so I say lets help them buy some real estate - what do you say, want to?

Let me ask all of you this:  Is it possible that everyone of the 136,000+ Active Rain members knows of at least 1 person RIGHT NOW that would buy a property if it truly was a good deal?  I bet they do and if that is the case then we need at least 136,000 great deals to sell to these people RIGHT NOW!  What do you think? Do any of you have one we can sell them?  I bet you do.  Will you do yourself, your clients and me a favor and post it/them on my great deals blog and while you are at it- will you check out the deals I've posted? Who knows you might have a buyer for my great deals and we can do a transaction, or at the very least a referral!

How about this?  What if we take it a step further and you help me get the word out about OUR GREAT DEALS to the other members of Active Rain do you think we get at least one of our properties sold in the next 7 days? I'm going to try and with your help I bet we can get one each sold.

Click here to see what I am talking about.

What do you think? Want to see if we can get at least 1 deal sold? Let me know.

Thanks,

John Moran
