Sorry, but time is not on your side. You just can not price your home above the most recent comparable sales in your neighborhood. In order to get it sold you need to be very competitive. Looks at the Comps, what has been sold, what is under contract right now and what is active on the market. You are emotionally involved and will have a difficult time to decide. Talk to your Realtor, he or she should be a great help.

Anne - It is also vital to have a realtor that deals on a regular basis in short sales!!!

Yes, Barbara I agree, it is very important to find a Realtor that knows what he or she is doing when it comes to Short Sales.
