The incredible story of Christian the Lion

By
Real Estate Agent with Orlando Area Real Estate Services
Once in a while you will come across something that will stop you dead in your tracks. This morning I was working from home when my wife called out to me to come to the TV. There on the Today Show was this incredible story of Christian the Lion.

If you've already seen this, you won't mind seeing it again. If you've never seen it, goosebumps and possibly tears are on the way!

I don't think I've ever seen anything even close to this - and I love the message at the end as well. Enjoy my friends

Simon - Okay, you got me with this one.  I teared up almost immediately after they found their friend again.  Thanks for alerting me to this post.  It is now featured in Family Ties.  This is a beautiful sentiment.

Simon ~ Well did the lion stay back in Africa. I certainly think the lion wanted to go back home with them. What a video, I can't believe Christian remebered them and how he greeted them. Extraordinary!

Simon, yep I did.... That's why I have NetFlix - caus i am simply an embarrassment in the movie theater... That too, was beuatiful, Simon. My 16 year-ol used to run track in school, and knows the story by heart... He recently switched to swimming, just better sport of the way he is built, but still dreams track. Addictive it is:-) Thank you for the inspiration, my friend. Now let's all go and do something grand, something life changing!!!!

I just knew that Lion was about to take off that guy's head when he charged at him. What amazes me is that the men..... they trusted that lion enough to stand there and let him charge at them not knowing if he was still friend or now a foe. If a lion charged at me I'd be running!!! lol. That was a super sweet video though.

Hi there... I have seen this several times before. I loved the sentimental ending and it reminded me of my little "lion"...our Siamese cat. He acts like this every day with us! :)

WONDERFUL!

Thank you for sharing this.  This is why some of us love our beloved pets so much.  The love they give us is unconditional just as our Lord's Love.
