Rapid City Area Statistics for July 29, 2008

As of July 29, 2008, there are 1304 residential properties listed for sale. So far this year 1051 residential properties have sold, 349 have expired (the property didn't sell and the listing contract ran out), and 519 have been withdrawn from the market.
