It was a true pleasure to spend time with a group of guys as jazzed about real estate blogging as I am. The energy at the table was great and the food was amazing as well. Pat Kitano suggest we all meet in downtown Los Angeles at his favorite Korean Restaurant, Sa Rit Gol, on Olympic Boulevard. I had never eaten Korean food, so my first experience was authentic and wonderful. At one point I was full and had moved into the "eating as sport" realm. I'll be back. I wish I could say the company was better than the food, but that might be a stretch. :)
I was impressed with each of these guys for different reasons and we've all determined we should do it again. If you ever get the chance to spend time with any of them... do it.
Pat, thank you for the food suggestion and Dustin, thank you for helping pull it all together.
Nice post Jeff looks like you all had a great time. I've never had Korean food glad you enjoyed it. Will someone from Real Estate shows be in DC for the Mid Year Meeting?
Jeff, you have been busy! I ate Korean food in Flushing, Queens and found the whole experience interesting and delicious. I got hooked on Kimchi. After that I would pick up a jar of it and keep it in the fridge til I needed another one. I gave it up once I moved to Miami. I think you're getting me started on it again. I know where to find it. Yum!
Because of you I'll now be Jotting messages right after getting my call through GrandCentral all while eating fermented cabbage. Don't influence me too much, you hear?
Hey Jeff, Looks like you guys were having a good time. Good to put voices with faces. I've never had Korean food BUT I'm sure I would love it. Never met a food I didn't like:)
That's what I call a POWER PACKED LUNCH!!! Thanks for the video, it's nice to put faces to those guys. I'm going back to watch it again.
TLW - did you read the article about CHOCOLATE SHORTAGE? Rick just read it on MSN.com - NNNOoooooOOO! You can take our fuel, you can take our men, but not our chocolate!! (sorry Jeff - this is not an attempt to hijack your post)
Reading these comments... I sincerely wish each and every one of you could have been there! I feel like I already know you so well... a boy can dream. :)
RUDY!!! I love Rudy. Isn't he just super cool! What a great bunch of guys. So what did you guys come up with for Project Blogger...or did you keep all your cards close to your chest, given you will all be competitors?
I think Dustin was probably the only "must WIN" guy at the table though.
in my opinion, the beauty of blogging is that it enables us to meet so many wonderful people across the nation. it almost seems like, no matter where i go, i can check my feed reader and call a local blogger and have lunch. i am grateful for this opportunity and look forward to meeting you all.
just wait till we all meet in one room at the san francisco blogger connect - real estate blogger paradise.
stay well everybody.
blog on!

p.s. ardell, we love you too. fyi, i told dustin that i can't wait to meet you in person :)
Jeff, I don't know why, but that video really stirred something inside me. ALthough, not for the same reason as TLW. I think sometimes I forget that there are people, and lives, and all the people in their lives, behind these posts. Thanks for another great one.
