If this is a slow Project Blogger news day, then perhaps you'll read this. :)

project blogger logoToday, I had the very distinct pleasure of having lunch with Joseph Ferrara and Rudy Bachraty from Sellsius, Dustin Luther from Move.com and Rain City Guide, and Pat Kitano from Transparent Real Estate.

It was a true pleasure to spend time with a group of guys as jazzed about real estate blogging as I am. The energy at the table was great and the food was amazing as well. Pat Kitano suggest we all meet in downtown Los Angeles at his favorite Korean Restaurant, Sa Rit Gol, on Olympic Boulevard. I had never eaten Korean food, so my first experience was authentic and wonderful. At one point I was full and had moved into the "eating as sport" realm. I'll be back. I wish I could say the company was better than the food, but that might be a stretch. :)

I was impressed with each of these guys for different reasons and we've all determined we should do it again. If you ever get the chance to spend time with any of them... do it.

Pat, thank you for the food suggestion and Dustin, thank you for helping pull it all together.

Rudy and Joe... next time in NY?

Nice post Jeff looks like you all had a great time. I've never had Korean food glad you enjoyed it. Will someone from Real Estate shows be in DC for the Mid Year Meeting?

Monika and Jay, it was fun. We were there for 2 1/2 hours. As for NAR Mid-Year, maybe. We won't have a booth, but we may send someone to roam around.

Jeff, you have been busy!  I ate Korean food in Flushing, Queens and found the whole experience interesting and delicious.  I got hooked on Kimchi.  After that I would pick up a jar of it and keep it in the fridge til I needed another one.  I gave it up once I moved to Miami.  I think you're getting me started on it again.  I know where to find it.  Yum!

Because of you I'll now be Jotting messages right after getting my call through GrandCentral all while eating fermented cabbage.  Don't influence me too much, you hear?

{SVW Hubba}...

Ahhh. I needed that. I am smiling very wide. Why? Just seeing you 'making man' faces just does it for me. Wink. Wink.

Okay. Seriously. This looks like a blast. One of these days I am going to take that trip to CA. I want to play too :)

Don't know about the food, but lucky for me I'm not a big eater so it wouldn't matter. They serve liquor. Right? LOL...

P.S. I bet all the Ladies will now understand why I call you Hubba. Ahhh. :)

RUDY!!!  I love Rudy.  Isn't he just super cool!  What a great bunch of guys.  So what did you guys come up with for Project Blogger...or did you keep all your cards close to your chest, given you will all be competitors?

I think Dustin was probably the only "must WIN" guy at the table though.

just wait till we all meet in one room at the san francisco blogger connect - real estate blogger paradise.

Jeff, I don't know why, but that video really stirred something inside me. ALthough, not for the same reason as TLW. I think sometimes I forget that there are people, and lives, and all the people in their lives, behind these posts. Thanks for another great one.

I always chime in late for the party Jeff! Here's the timeline on how last week's lunch got done -

1) I contact Joe and find out he and Rudy are going to be in LA

2) Hey, I'll be in LA at the same time, so Wednesday it is!

3) I call Dustin to see if he's up for breakfast on Tuesday because I would be in his area (north of LA)

4) I goof up and realize I'm really arriving Wednesday

5) I think twice and say hey Dustin let's all get together

6) Dustin says he has lunch plans with Jeff

7) Koreatown happens to be in the center for all of us

Looking forward to seeing how complicated the next lunch will be to schedule!

What fun you guys are having! Korean food can be really great, and there's often far more of it than reasonable humans can eat.

Sharon, it was my first taste of Korean food ever and it was amazing. Pat Kitano was truly a great host.
