Really hard to believe Frank that the prices over there have fallen that far.

Does seem like a great price for the square footage and upgrades. Plus the home doesn't look all that old.

Debbie, the home was about 30 years young. It's area was one of the hardest hit area by Hurricane Katrina. We call these rebuilt. From the brick inward, everything has been replaced to include the Roof.
