OPEN HOUSE ON SATURDAY, 2 AUGUST 2008 FROM 12-3. Come out to see this BEAUTIFUL and SPACIOUS home featuring a quiet setting on a half-acre lot. This equates to NO CITY TAXES. The home sits in a cul-de-sac with great curb appeal. It offers a finished bonus/recreation room, a screened back porch, 9 ft. ceilings, hardwoods in foyer, dining room and kitchen, crown molding, gutters, sprinklers and a storage shed. There are cabinets galore and all appliances will remain. This home was also constructed with a built-in pest defense system. Even with a massive driveway, there is still an additional parking spot beside the side-entry garage door.
Hi Ryan, this is a great house because it is outside of the Fayetteville city tax area. Those taxes are painful!!! I market to the base primarily because of my background and involvement so the market is great. Someone is always moving back and forth. Thanks for commenting.
As expected the OH was sort of a bust. We did have a couple through but they were accompanied by their Realtor. After that the sky opened in seconds while I was trying to collect the signs I put out. Typical OH issues. Thanks for stopping by.
Latonia, Sorry to hear you didn't have a better turnout for the open house. Looks like a very nice with a lot of nice amenities. Hope it sells soon for you.
Gary, we all knew it would be that way. That is why we don't appreciate them. Thank you for taking time to comment. I lalways look forward to seeing your response.
