The Hess road to Interstate 25 cutover road should start around November 2008 and be completed one year later. This is of course if all budget items are finalized and completed as reported. NOTE: I received a call from a town official today telling me the road start date will most likely be pushed back but he would not comment on EXACTLY what the new days would be.

- Showings are down considerably from a year ago. Data from the RE/MAX office in Parker has showings down almost 35%.
- Second Quarter sales volume improved over first quarter.
- Median sales price was about $300,000 for single family detached homes for sale in Parker.
- April Sales Volume for Parker Colorado real estate was 159 units sold. Down 9% from a year ago.
- May sales volume for Parker Colorado real estate was 184 units sold. Down 19% from a year ago.
- June sales volume for Parker Colorado real estate was 169 units sold. Down 21% from a year ago.
- Average Sales price for April = $342,172 for homes and $166,668 for condos.
- Average sales price for May = $383,117 for homes and $172,963 for condos.
- Average sales price for June = $341,544 for homes and $ 172,936 for condos.
