Cape Coral Market is Hot again!

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Pearsall Properties Inc

You heard me right!  The Cape Coral market is hot again!  The newspapers are full of doom and gloom and the nightly news isn't any better.  But the Cape Coral market is moving.

In the lower price ranges (under $150K) we are seeing multiple offers on almost every property.  There are so many properties that have been taken back by the banks as foreclosures that our market is changing yet again.  These bank foreclosures are coming on the market at extremely competitive prices and are causing the market to move.

Interest rates are still at historic lows, we are hovering at the bottom of the bust and now is a great time to buy.

There are several ways you can take a peek at our market.  Go to this website and sign in which will allow you to search our MLS and look at whats happening or you can put an address in and see what is going on all around that home.  Check it out!  http://www.colleenpearsall.listingbook.com

Prices have dropped back in some cases to the 1990's.  You would be surprised at what is offered here and what the asking prices are.

Hello there, I spent sometime in SWF and found that although Cape Coral is pretty, there was so much publicity about the Crime, it was not appealing.  We were in Naples, East and made a few trips over to Cape Coral, thought we could find a deal there, but could not talk my fiancee into it because of the crime.
