Very Busy feeling FRUSTRATED!!!!!!

Hello everyone out there in the Active Rain world.  Well, I've been in this market a good 5 months now and feeling the pain of the economy and at the gas pump.  One thing I have noticed that a lot of people don't is the good side.  There are still a lot of people that want to buy houses,now whether they can get a loan or not, that's always a different story.  i am finding that people who are trying to sell their property and has had them sit a while are willing to do something like owner financing and land contracts.  That's what's keeping our heads above water and also what gives us an alternative that just the regular old buyer and seller.  The thing is we have to look outside the box and try to do what's best for our customer, whatever that may be.  Maybe they need to rent out the property or whatever.  I'm telling you you have to a psychiatrist or a counsor to try to help these people get out of the mess that this whole country is in.  The best thing is that we only have one place to go and that is up.
