Many agents don't plan for the future and do not have a game plan lined up. I must say that I have been guilty of the same exact thing. That was until I started Keller Williams Red Stick Partners serving the Baton Rouge Real Estate Market. I was not running a business I was allowing the business to run me! Don't get me wrong I was making money, closing the deals but did not see the big picture.
My whole philosophy on Real Estate Sales has changed from night to day. Keller Williams has given me the tools to understand this business and understand what it takes to be successful. The biggest lesson I have learned here is that your service and relationships with others is what makes the business. I am so excited and happy to be at a company that is integrity based. I strive for customer service and excellence, I don't want just a sale I want my client's business.
