Betina- Thanks, I have had good traffic, But I can't get anyone to give me feedback as to why there is no offer. I am hoping that with the open house I will have face to face dialouge. I have teamed up with the other agents in the neighborhood and we are all going to have our homes open. I hope this brings more people out. Thanks for looking at it. As far as the flyer. Just go to www.vflyer.com. You can make flyers, widgets and others items to use for e-mailing and posting.
