So, I don't know if I should be looking for divine guidance here...or...ok, I should always be looking for divine guidance, but I could use some more advice on this particular point...Here goes:

I have a customer who is having a hard time with the amount that it is necessary for him to put down on his house...so much so that he has told me on several occasions that he is going to just walk away from the purchase of this home.  Anyway, I found out that he is dealing with a lot of stress related to moving his location of his business, but nonetheless I am concerned that he is going to make a bad decision that will have a negative impact on his ability to move forward financially.  I guess the best thing to do now that I have done everything that I can do, is say a prayer and wait until He works.  I know that whatever his will is will be done for me, but I can't help wondering if his situation is getting in the way of God's will for him.  I have to learn to let go of stuff when it get to this point, but it doesn't make it any easier, knowing that I should let go, when I still want to help...God Bless...Jason

Hi Jason---It is obvious that you truly care about your client.  I have on occasion recommended financial planners to my clients.  I am blessed with a wonderful mortgage guy who cares as much about my clients as I do.  He has advised many and the advice was not always to purchase a home now.  If you can help your client locate a professional knowledgeable in these areas that will be the best thing you can do!

Good news...he did what I asked him to do, and we should be closing next Tuesday.  Luckily, he did not need any further advice...Personally, I think between his wife and a little divine inspiration, he was moved in the right direction.
