HABITEC COMPLETES PROPERTY CONDITION ASSESSMENT OF 18,000 SQFT CHURCH

HABITEC Home and Building Inspections, LLC, is pleased to announce the completion of a Commercial Building Property Condition Assessment (PCA) on an 18,000 square foot church!  The PCA was completed by Ron Rittiner, Chief Inspector and Business Manager, and Richard Acree, President.  Ron Rittiner was the Inspector of Record.

The steel framed building was constructed in 2005/2006.  It has a sanctuary including a balcony capable of seating 500 people, classrooms, a music room, kitchen, offices, and a gymnasium.  The HVAC system consisted of eight units, four exterior package units and four split systems.  The electrical system is a sophisticated and complex 3-phase 120-480 volt underground system with surge monitors and eight main or sub-panels.
