5 Comments on The great VA contract debate....
LOL--- I dunno about that change-- but Why would Ocwen lose a contract? Must you ask? LOL
-Jason
No, I don't know what is going on but I am also wondering. A past client contacted me last week and advised he was marketed in the mail regarding his VA loan. It referred to a program through Countrywide where he could change the terms or pull money out by only paying a $200 fee and filling out a 1 page form.
Wowo great information, I have heard very many mixed reviews about ocwen and unfortunately it seems like the negative ones where true. Heres to more change in this market.
FYI...Ocwen did not lose the contract. They did not rebid to renew it. Business decision.
Countrywide is moving into the VA business, it will be interesting
