2 Comments on Ludlow VT Real Estate: Wall To Wall Or Buy It All?
I'll take the condo Irene! Right now my plate is full - I'd love for someone to have the grass mowed for me - and perhaps have a pool I didn't have to clean!
Irene: I like to discuss the concept of limited commonn areas when selling condos, when we say you "own from the walls in" many people think they have given up all exterior privacy. The deck coming off your slider is for the most part considered limited common area, which suggests the association will repair or replace it when the time comes but you have the right as the unit owner to enjoy the spot without neighbors taking up residence since you have the best view from your deck. I this concept there can be a greater value (like homes) for one location Vs. another even if you have the same floor plan. thanks for the post, Steve
