Hopefully you have received and read your REALTOR Magazine that was recently sent to Realtors across the country. The title of the article is "Shopping for a Swamp? Demand for undeveloped rural land is growing, creating a new niche for rural and urban brokers alike.
We are all going through a time line of uncertianity, continuous financial pressures and daily questioning our choice of profession in Real Estate. I try not to focus on the negative market but find my self saying we are in survival mode, do what ever you need to do that will generate income in your Real Estate profession.
I was very excited to see this article in the REALTOR magazine. Over a year ago I partnered with Pristine Properties participating with Cabela's Trophy Properties in Florida and the Bahamas. We specialize in recreational and sporting properties. This choice to partner with the World's Foremost Outfitter in their Trophy Properties Program was the best choice I ever made. Our company has seen activity that I would not have ever believed could happen. Our results are very similar to those mentioned in the article. If you have not read the article in the magazine, I included a link to the article below.
Pristine Properties not only sells recreational and sporting properties, we have agents who specialize in residential and commercial real estate.
Pristine Properties continues to expand throughout Florida seeking Brokers, Agents, Sellers and Buyers. If you have any interest, please contact us at Steve@PristineFlorida.com.
