Weston Homes for Sale

The totals for Weston tell a very similar tale to all the surrounding towns. Sales are off for 2008 and inventories of homes to sell are rising to historic levels. We now have 20% more homes on the market than last summer....considering we started off the year with the same number of homes on the market as a year ago...this is a large jump in just six months. Again, what is tough news for sellers has buyers smiling. Buyers today are taking longer to look at homes and are looking for the best value they can find. And in this market, there are plenty of values to be had!
