Yes, I have found yet another online social community for you to join. Let the whining begin. The site is called "Entrepreneur Connect" by the publishers of Entrepreneur magazine. This community is in its infancy (beta), so it's going to take a while for it to get its "legs". Entrepreneur Connect has all the traits of a successful community with the ability for you to create a profile and write an occasional post. I know, I can hear all the moans and groans from the masses saying when will the madness ever end. Well, it's not. Vertical online social networks predicated on niches are here to stay. And they are growing in numbers. As it has been stated over and over again, you must get social or die!

Pick Your Online Social Communities and Be Loyal

Now I'm not telling all 100K of you to run as fast as you can to Entrepreneur Connect and create a profile there and start blogging. In fact, the site has a ZERO page rank. In fact, I would recommend you "cherry pick" the top industry-related sites that pass the highest PR/Google juice and be loyal to those first. Then in time, go back and begin setting up profiles at a few of the lesser sites in your spare time (notice I'm now covering my ears as you scream - WHAT SPARE TIME?).

Last Minute Addition - Yes Another Portal Comes to Life!

For those of you who have taken the bait - bought the pre-release of Seth Godin's book, you had the opportunity to join his by-invitation only social network called Triiibes. Many of you suckers RE professionals were hooked and landed by that incredibly ingenuous marketing ploy ( yes - I ordered the book and joined the Triibal fun too).
